I absolutely love my new kindle case! I saw a design already on the website with a cat that looked exactly like mine and I queried if the eye colour could be changed to green and I was sent a new picture with green eyes and asked if that was what I wanted and it was perfect! My case seemed to be lost by the courier so I contacted Joylife and they said they would send a replacement straight away. The original case did turn up a few days later thankfully so the replacement wasn’t needed, but the customer service was 10/10! Thank you very much!
