COMMON ISSUES AFTER EXTENDED USE
If the lid becomes unglued after a short period of use, it may be due to improper handling during the manufacturing process. Please contact us, and we will send you a replacement.
If you notice bleeding on the design after receiving the product, it could be due to improper handling during production. Please contact us, and we will send you a replacement.
The back case cover is thicker than regular cases, and the built-in material has some flexibility. During transportation, it may have been compressed, causing slight deformation.
To fix this, locate the deformed area on the cover and gently bend it in the opposite direction.
Currently, only the KPW5 model has a back case cover that can stick to the back.

Magnet Strength: The sleep function typically requires 1-3 seconds of response time when opening or closing the case, which is normal.
- Issues During Use: If the cover accidentally folds to the back, it may trigger the sleep mode, causing the device to shut off automatically.
- Missing Sleep Magnet: If the sleep function doesn't respond, it could be because the sleep magnet is missing from the case.
