Since all our products are handmade and uniquely crafted for our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect, damage, or if the wrong item or size was sent. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage, or if the wrong item was sent, Joylife Case will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to subjective customer dissatisfaction (e.g., the customer ordered the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at support@joylifecase.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange. We will prioritize arranging a replacement as the first solution.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
