Everything came well wrapped and in good condition. Minor snag was that the personalisation font was different from what I was shown. The team sent me another one with the my preferred font. It was a very pleasant experience thank you!
My kindle case is sturdy, well made and fits my kindle perfectly. I chose the front picture, there were lots to choose from and I was also able to get personalised writing on the front. I had a need to communicate with the company and it was clear and concise.

Beautiful case and seems great quality. Unfortunately due to miscommunication with the personalisation- they have used wrong font and put the letter of the font as part of my name- waited very long to get this case so just have to live with it.
It is pretty but has an odor. I had monogrammed otherwise I would return it. I do not think I will use because of the odor and go back to my old case and probably throw away,

A very nice case. I fell in love with the image as soon as I saw it. I've been using it for over a month and this point and it is sturdy. While it has the auto-wake feature, it works most of the time but doesn't seem to be as reliable as other covers I have used in the past. Still very pleased with my purchase.

I love this so much with one caveat, the cover does not magnetize to the back when you open it like my other cases do. Otherwise I love it :)
This is a very expensive case for what you get. It does not hold the kindle securely and it does not have a magnetic closure that works to turn the kindle on and off.
We've identified this issue from your feedback. As this is the first wave of new products, we're working to improve it. It will take us about 20 days to adjust the new model and we can send you a free one to use.
If you don't mind, you can keep your current case and use it until the new one arrives.

I love my case cause I read a lot and it fits perfect! The only thing it makes my tablet upside down which it don’t matter I just have to turn it around
